Working Together

  • I’ll be clear about what I’m doing and why; you’re invited to share what’s true for you—even if it’s uncertain, messy, or hard to name.

  • What you share is held with care and discretion, consistent with professional ethics and privacy expectations (including HIPAA, when applicable).

  • Your no is respected. We’ll slow down (or pause) when needed and only move forward with your consent.

  • Resistance, avoidance, or overwhelm aren’t failures; they’re information. We’ll meet them gently and adjust the plan.

  • Every part of you belongs here. Emotions are energy and information, not problems to fix. I am here to help you explore your thoughts and feelings and how it relates to your health as you are comfortable.

  • You are the expert on your experience. I’ll offer structure, advocacy, tools, and reflection; together we’ll decide next steps.

  • I offer sliding-scale and occasional pro-bono care within a set capacity so generosity flows from overflow—not depletion. As circumstances evolve, please keep this partnership in mind.
