This is not a crisis service. If you’re in immediate danger or crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
With your consent, I can coordinate with providers and help you prepare for appointments and documentation.

Life happens. I use a 48-hour rescheduling window to protect everyone’s time, with occasional flexibility for true emergencies or access needs. If something shifts, just let me know as soon as you can—we’ll find the next right step.

Sensory needs, mobility, communication preferences, and energy patterns matter here. Tell me what supports you (lighting, pacing, breaks, camera on/off, captions, movement). We’ll design sessions around your body and environment.
