At Healing Confluence, pricing is designed with both sustainability and accessibility in mind. I combine flat fees, hourly/session rates, and retainers with a community-supported sliding scale. This allows clients to receive the support they need, while also creating opportunities for others to contribute so care can remain within reach for more people.

Sliding Scale Structure
The sliding scale applies primarily to hourly and retainer services. Clients select a rate within a published range (for example, $50–125/hour or $500–800/month) that reflects both their financial capacity and the true cost of service.
The baseline rate reflects the actual cost of sustainable service.
The accessible rate is made possible through solidarity contributions from others paying above baseline.
Clients are invited to choose the level that aligns with both their means and their values.
If the published scale is still a barrier, we can explore flexible payment options. In select cases, this may include a barter arrangement — for example, exchanging professional skills or services in place of part of the fee. These agreements are handled with clarity and professionalism, ensuring fairness for both parties.
Supplemental Income for Sustainability
To keep client rates as low as possible, Healing Confluence also generates supplemental income outside of direct service fees. This includes:
TikTok and social media storytelling, advocacy education, and creative expression.
Art sales, digital resources, and creative projects.
Future guides, workshops, and group programs.
These streams contribute to financial sustainability while aligning with the mission: using story, creativity, and community connection as tools for healing. In practice, this balance allows Healing Confluence to remain a social experiment in accessibility—honoring both fair compensation and a commitment to keeping services within reach.
